About the Event

The ongoing COVID-19 pandemic has not only placed a great strain on our public health and welfare, but it has also affected various programs and projects aimed at promotion and preservation of historic monuments and sites, as well as intangible cultural heritage of various indigenous peoples and cultural communities. Many of our cultural workers were also greatly affected as museums, galleries, libraries and archives, as well as culturally and historically-significant tourist sites are currently closed. It is not yet certain as to when museums will reopen and work for our cultural workers will resume.

This is why we are inviting you to donate to our "Ayuda Para Sa Pamana" campaign, in partnership with Ticket2Me. Our goal for this fundraiser is to provide asistance to local Philippine museums and cultural heritage workers who were affected and displaced by the COVID-19 pandemic.

The following local Philippine museums will be our direct beneficiaries who will receive financial support for museum operations, staff salaries and allowances, museum rehabilitation and capacity building for digital museum experiences.

  • Malagos Chocolate Museum (Davao City)
  • Museo de Mariposa (Davao City)

Your donation to this fundraiser will greatly help support our Philippine museums and cultural workers! Please choose any of the following available donation options, and conveniently make your donation via debit/credit card, GCash, Paypal, Grabpay or UBPay. All donations will be acknowledged via an official receipt by Grupo Kalinangan. We shall also provide periodic progress reports to all our donors during the duration of this fundraising campaign.
