A Walk to the World We Want

AHA! Learning Center, a free afterschool program for public school children, is launching their community center at the Asian Institute of Management's Development at Work Talks- with the "Walk to the World We Want".

This event will feature our partners' different initiatives at AHA! Learning Center:

  • Paulo Burro, an environmental advocate, will talk about his work in making renewable communities all over the Philippines. Paulo's AHA pilot: a renewable recycling center, run by the AHA mothers.

  • Karla Delgado, director of Kai Farms, a permaculture community working in collaboration with nature, to create a sustainable future. Karla's AHA pilot: providing organic vegetables and providing wellness training to the students.

  • Juana Yupangco, founder of Mesa ni Misis, a movement that hopes to spread healthy cooking good for the whole family, using sustainable food sources. Juana's AHA pilot: a healthy feeding program and cookbook made by the kids.

  • Jaton Zulueta, the founder of AHA Learning Center, runs a free afterschool program for public school children in Makati. Jaton's initiative: unlocking the genius of the communities by collaborating with the PH's most innovative initiatives.

Join us, Walk to the World We Want, see how collaborations can create meaningful change.
