Niña Terol is the creator of #DreamDareDo, as well as Co-Founder and Chief Fireball of Kick Fire Kitchen, a team of motivators, idea catalysts, and culture builders who cook up ideas, innovation, and culture for teams and organizations around Asia.
Armed with over 20 years of leadership experience in the corporate, non-profit, creative enterprise, government, media, and academic sectors, as well as in youth organizations, Niña is a prolific author, public speaker, and thought leader on topics such as communications, innovation, leadership, and women empowerment. Her diverse accomplishments include: founding an editorial design firm at age 23; running national campaigns and serving as communications head for two senators; heading corporate affairs for the Philippines's largest and leading multinational communications agency; and writing for prestigious organizations and publications such as the Asian Development Bank, the World Bank-Manila Office, CNN Travel, Travel + Leisure Southeast Asia, Rappler, Philippine Daily Inquirer, among many others. She has been a TEDx speaker and organizer, and has also spoken to diverse audiences at various events in Manila, Hanoi, Hong Kong, Kuala Lumpur, Long Beach, CA, and San Francisco, CA.
A passionate practitioner of human-centered design and a certified facilitator of the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® methodology, Niña is also a startup mentor under Founder Institute-Manila and an educator. When she is not working or cooking up ideas, she is biking, running, and living a playful life with her family.
