Trained at the Italian Institute for Advanced Culinary and Pastry Arts, Chef Lisette brings a distinguished hospitality background, including experience with Hong Kong-based Black Sheep Restaurants, to a dining philosophy that brings together the richness of local ingredients and the time-honored traditions of Italian cooking. The result is a thoughtful approach to food shaped by technique, provenance, and a deep appreciation for quality ingredients.Joining her is her sister, Lorelie Huynh, a New York-trained pastry chef, who will complement the experience with her expertise in pastry.
